Crockpot Cheesy Chicken Sausage Casserole

Comfort food at its finest—this hearty crockpot casserole is loaded with tender chicken, savory sausage, creamy potatoes, and plenty of melted cheese. Everything slow cooks together into a rich, satisfying dish that’s simple to throw together and perfect for feeding a crowd.

- 10 red potatoes, diced
- 1.5–2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
- 14 oz kielbasa or andouille sausage, sliced
- 1 small white onion, diced
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Optional
- Slap Ya Mama White Pepper Blend (for added heat)
Lightly grease crockpot (crockpot liner is easier). Add potatoes, chicken, sausage, onion, and 2 cups of cheese.
In a separate bowl, mix cream of chicken, sour cream, heavy cream, and seasonings.
Pour mixture over ingredients and stir to combine.
Top with remaining cheese.
Cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 5 hours, until potatoes are tender.
